Brian Alvarez is a fourth year Dental School Student at Touro Dental College in Westchester, NY. Brian has been working at Dr. Nilesh Patel’s dental office as a dental assistant since he was 19 and became motivated to become a dentist. This will be Brian’s second trip to Bolivia where he primarily engages in patient education, hygiene, translating and assisting the doctors clinically. Brian has had the spirit of volunteering in underserved areas and is very passionate about it.
